What is the Long-Term Rental Service?
The Long-term Rental Service provides rental services, with lengths ranging from 2 to 5 years, and eliminates the need to invest in a new vehicle. For convenience, we also provide vehicle management services, which include taking care of taxes, insurance, maintenance, and accidents. There is also an option of adding a professional chauffeur to your service.

01 Quotation
Request for a quotation through the quotation form on our website or calling our customer service center (02-203-1882)
02 Consultation
Consult with our sales representative for the details based on your needs, situation, and so forth.
03 Contract
When the contract is approved, the required documents
04 Vehicle Delivery
When the contract is completed, an order is placed, and the production is processed for the vehicle (production schedule depends on the manufacturer.) After the vehicle is released from the manufacturer, it will be delivered to the customer.

Regular maintenance You may receive maintenance services needed for your vehicle based on the standard replacement period indicated on the manual.
Maintenance services are free of charge with service providers cooperating with Lotte.

Replacement of tire and spare part Depending on the criteria of the manufacturer, tires will be replaced every 50,000km of mileage or every two years (whichever condition is reached first.) However, tires must be rotated every 20,000km or every year.
- Battery: replace when used up or needed to change.
- Windshield wiper: replace when worn out
- Other spare parts: replace when worn out
You may receive replacement services for tires or consumables at the maintenance service centers cooperating with Lotte listed below.

Emergency repair case When emergency maintenance is needed, you may directly proceed with the service. By Road Side Assistant or tires fixing at our partner service centre free of charge.

Advance reimbursement Please request the maintenance service center for issuance of the receipt to the address below.

Accident and Insurance
Insurance Document
You can make sure, we delivered car and all documents (Registration, Basic Insurance and 1st Class insurance) included in your car.
Procedure after an accident
- 1. When an accident occurs, after contacting the insurance company’s customer service, please make a call to our call center.
- 2. Before getting approval from the insurance company/representative, do not acknowledge any claims stated by the opposite party.
- 3. Please note down the opposing party’s vehicle license plate number, and the driver’s information including an address and contact information if possible.
- 4. Please note down personal information, injuries/deaths, or witnesses.

Replacement car
When an accident or maintenance (that consumes 24 or more hours) occurs, Lotte Rent-A-Car will provide a replacement vehicle. Please contact us to arrange for your replacement vehicle. After receiving the call, we will prepare a replacement vehicle as quick as possible.
The schedule for a replacement vehicle depends on the location of the customer.
For customers in Bangkok, we will provide a replacement vehicle within 24 hours.
For customers outside of Bangkok, we will provide a replacement vehicle within 48 hours.
